Who operates this
Astriva Labs operates this website and the automated pipeline we use to onboard clients. We are a global remote team, founded in Karachi, Pakistan. The pipeline is an internal application. Visitors do not create an account on this website to use it.

Information the automation processes
The pipeline reads business prospect information that Astriva Labs keeps in Google Sheets. A row can include:
- Name
- Company or brand
- Role
- Email address and phone number
- Website or social profile
- Notes about the business, the enquiry, or the onboarding step
The automation processes the spreadsheet we connect. It does not collect a person's other Google account data, and it is not used to buy prospect lists.
How that information is used
We use a prospect record to move onboarding forward: to understand the business, decide the next step, and prepare material for that engagement.
When a step needs language or analysis, the fields required for that step are sent to Google's Gemini API. Gemini produces the output for that step, such as a summary or a draft. Astriva Labs does not sell this information, does not use it for advertising, and does not use it to train its own models.
Google API data
Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs by Astriva Labs adhere to theGoogle API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We request Google Sheets access so the pipeline can read and update the spreadsheet we connect. We do not use Google user data to serve ads. Humans at Astriva Labs read it only to operate the pipeline, to keep it secure, to comply with the law, or with consent. We transfer it only to the services named on this page, or where the law requires it.
Information this website collects
The contact form collects the name, email address, company, service, and message a person submits. That message is delivered by email to Astrivalabs@outlook.com. The form also keeps the request IP in memory for about a minute, so the same address cannot submit the form repeatedly. It is not written to a database.
This site is hosted on Vercel. The host may keep technical logs, such as IP address, browser, and the page requested, so the site can run.
Who receives data
- Google Sheets. The spreadsheet that stores prospect records.
- Google Gemini API. The fields needed for one pipeline step, so Gemini can produce that step's output.
- Resend. The contact-form message, so it can be delivered as email.
- Microsoft Outlook. The Astriva Labs inbox at Astrivalabs@outlook.com, where that email arrives.
- Vercel. Hosting and technical logs for this website.
We do not sell personal information.
Storage, protection and retention
Prospect records stay in the Google Sheet Astriva Labs controls. Access to that sheet and to the automation is limited to people at Astriva Labs who run onboarding. Google and the other services protect their systems under their own terms.
We keep a prospect record while onboarding or the client relationship needs it. We delete the row when it is no longer needed, or when we complete a deletion request, unless the law requires us to keep it. Contact-form emails stay in our inbox for as long as we need them to reply and keep a record of the enquiry. A Gemini step receives only the fields that step needs. We do not keep a separate marketing copy of that prompt.
Access, correction and deletion
Email Astrivalabs@outlook.com with the subject “Privacy request”. Say whether you want a copy, a correction, or deletion, and the name or email address we should look for.
We reply within 24 hours to confirm the request. We then complete it, unless we cannot match it to a record or we have to keep the record by law.
